We collect such information as business name, phone number, address, email address, etc., at several different points. This includes, without limitation, when an installer: (1) contacts us and/or registers on the website to participate in Tire America’s National Installer Program and (2) adds or edits company or store information such as address, email, pricing for services, etc. We may also collect information about you from third parties like a consumer who may contact us about you.
Tire America’s website may also retain/collect information about the browser you are using and your location through various passive technologies. We might also combine information we obtain offline with information we collect online or that from which we receive from a business partner or third party with information we already have.

This notwithstanding, Tire America will share and/or provide information about you with our third party(s) business partners based on business needs (i.e., delivery/shipping companies, etc.) and share it internally with our family of companies. This may include business partners who operate this website or who sell products to their customers through Tire America. We will share information if we think we have to in order to comply with the law or to protect ourselves. For example, we will share information to respond to a court order or subpoena. UNSUBSCRIBE OPTION: Our e-mail messages have an "unsubscribe" feature for installers who at some point opt out of the Tire America National Installer Program. Installers can "reply" back to the e-mail message and type "unsubscribe" in the subject field. We will remove that e-mail address from our e-mail lists. To ensure proper updating of account information, users with more than one e-mail address are asked to include those in any "unsubscribe" request.
